Spike is a horror film made in the United States and directed by Robert Beaucage.  It stars Edward Gusts, Anna Marie Wayne, Nancy P. Corbo, and Jared Edwards.  This film shows us a group of friends in their early twenties that are on a road-trip when they get a flat tire and are forced to stop in a desolate area.  They are soon attacked by an unknown assailant who seems to be covered in spikes.  The movie is the story of this creature and his connection with one of the group.

If you have seen Beauty and the Beast then you already know what the basic story line of what this movie is.  The movie was absolutely horrible.  I will freely admit that I was forced to get up and leave after being tortured for a little over an hour.  The story line was dismal, the acting was even worse, and the cinematography looked like a badly done made for television movie.  Not only was I never able to identify with any of the characters, I never even cared about any of them.  When I realized I was only looking forward to the movie being over, I decided that it was time for me to leave.  Spike will get half a star from me merely for the attempt, but that’s it.
